Applications will generally be referenced through a third party agency. Applicants that have a low credit score, County Court Judgements, IVA’s, or declared bankrupt, in the last 6 years will not be considered without a guarantor or at least 6 months rent paid in advance. Applicants must have the Right to Reside in the UK. Previous Landlord or Letting Agent details will be requested where appropriate and employment status and earnings will be checked during this process.
