As a landlord myself, I can help with any query a landlord or tenant may have. I understand the importance of making sure properties are up to the required legal standard.
I will prepare all necessary paperwork needed to start a tenancy and take potential applicants through the referencing process and complete a condition report prior to tenancies starting. Making sure the whole process is as seamless as possible and both landlord and tenant are happy.
I also complete the day to day accounts to make sure that your tenant monies are chased if needs be, suppliers paid if work has been completed and pay over your rental income to you.

My job is to check that properties are being properly cared for and provide the landlord with peace of mind that their investment is in safe hands.
As I visit each fully property every 6 months the visits give the tenants the opportunity to bring to our attention any maintenance issues they may have and get the relevant trades people to quote and repair where needs be.
I can also arrange for properties to be thoroughly cleaned and ready for your new tenant to move into should it be required.
